Effective March 9, 2023

Twin Cities Catalyst Music (Catalyst) is committed to providing a safe and
healthy facility for all employees, customers, clients, patrons, guests, and
visitors.

In line with the relaxed COVID-19 policies around the city and state,
proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test results will no longer be
required in order to enter the venue.

Masks will not be required but will be strongly encouraged and we will
provide KN95 masks free of charge to anyone entering the building who
wants one. Masks are highly effective in preventing the spread of
COVID-19 and wearing masks in indoor spaces such as The Garage and
The Treasury shows consideration for the health and wellbeing of all,
especially to fellow concertgoers who are immunocompromised.

Note that if artists request showgoers to wear masks, we will adhere to
those requests. In the event artists have a specified COVID-19 protocol
for their show, that protocol will be indicated on the show listings and
within the ticket buying process.

The Garage HVAC system has been updated in light of COVID-19.
Do not enter if you are sick or feeling symptoms such as: fever, chills,
muscle pain, headache, sore throat, cough, or shortness of
breath/difficulty breathing.

Individuals are encouraged to cover their mouth and nose with their
sleeve or a tissue when coughing or sneezing, and to frequently wash
and sanitize their hands while inside the facility.

Catalyst’s COVID-19 Preparedness Plan follows the industry guidance
developed by the state of Minnesota, which is based upon Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Minnesota Department of
Health (MDH) guidelines for COVID-19, Minnesota Occupational Safety
and Health Administration (MNOSHA) statutes, rules and standards, and
Minnesota’s relevant and current executive orders.
